* preparation of Bills of Quantities and other related documents for tendering purposes, inviting tenders on behalf of the project Owner, examining tenders received or negotiating tender and prices with shortlisted contractors or sub-contractors under any contract system, valuing variations and other applications for interim payments and preparing the final accounts.
